Good app, no support for problems

Bought this app for the range log feature so I didnt have to keep paper around. Specifically, I liked the ability to plot target hits to compare different range sessions of the same rifle. Unfortunately, the app wont plot the data as shown and there is no support with which to inquire about the problem. I understand that this is just a guy that made this app to be available for other folks with the same interest, but there is a base level of expectation when paying for it that it will work. If it doesnt work, there should be some modicum of support or a user manual. If the function I bought the app for worked, Id give it 4 stars. As is, its no more than a trivia toy for ballistics to me.
Update- after months of use, I find its much more useful than I expected. However, I still have operational issues based on platform with the software. Plotting would be a logical feature, but these apple products are heavy on the wrapping, light on the contents. JBM has the best app available. Have upgraded to three stars that could be four easily if the iPhone did its part.
